Twenty years of managerial and marketing experience in the textile industry as VP Marketing Development and Design for Tefron Ltd. and Gibor Sabrina Ltd., and over 7 years as a Board Member in Macpel Industries. Having lived abroad ( Brazil, Argentina, Germany and France) from age 4 to 24, she mastered languages including English, Hebrew, Romanian, Portuguese, German, French, and more. Sherbu-Cohen holds an MBA with a major in Marketing and minor in Operations Management, and a BA in Linguistics, with a minor in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University. |

Twelve years experience in software development includes 5 at the Centre for Educational Technology (C.E.T.) and 7 with Browzwear, during which time he managed the V-Stitcher™ development project. Goldstein brings to Browzwear extensive knowledge in C/C++, Visual Studio environments, OOD/OOP, MFC, GUI/UI, Windows API; algorithm development and implementation (mathematical, geometrical, 2D/3D, CAD); design platforms and architecture; and a broad knowledge of development tools such as SourceSafe, VTune, Intel compilers, InstallShield, Wise Solutions, and more. Goldstein holds a BA in Computer Sciences. |

Prior work experience includes system & network administration; providing instruction and support for system users in Israel and abroad, and Translation of technical texts. Ashuach authored the V-StitcherT on-line help and remains Browzwear's top authority on the product. Certified Microsoft MCSE and Oracle DBA OCP, Ashuach holds a BFA from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem. |

Currently serving as instructor to lawyers regarding issues of contractual insurance, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Goren Alumot Trust Funds, as well as an independent business consultant. Alon holds an LLB degree from the College of Management and a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University. |

Dr. Joseph (Yossi) Vardi, one of Israel's high-tech veterans, has over the last 35 years founded and participated in the building of over 30 companies active in the fields of Internet, software, telecommunications, electro-optics, energy, and the environment, a number of them going public. He was founding investor and chairman of Mirabilis Ltd., creator of the popular ICQ instant messaging program, and later acquired by AOL, where Vardi still serves as advisor. He is also strategic advisor to Amazon. International positions include advisor to the World Bank, UN Development Program, Mexican Government, and to Chairmen and CEOs of Occidental Petroleum, Signal Corp, Allied Signal, Wheelabrator Frye and Siemens-Albis. Vardi's entrepreneurial accomplishments have been chronicled by numerous business publications, while awards include the Israel Prime Minister's Hi-Tech Award for Life Achievement, Entrepreneur of the Year from Tel Aviv University, and entry into the Entrepreneurs Hall Of Fame. |

Founder of Delta Galil and acting Chairman of its Board of Directors since 1975, Lautman has also served as its President and CEO since February 2006, and previously held the position of CEO from 1975 to 1996. He served as President of the Israel Manufacturers Association as well as Chairman of the Israel Coordinating Bureau of Economic Organizations from 1986 to 1993. From 1993 to 1995, he held the position of Prime Minister's Special Emissary for Economic Development. Since May 2001, Lautman has served as Chairman of the Executive Council of Tel Aviv University. |
