Browzwear sends an expert to the customer site to carry out the installation and set-up of the system, and to ensure its full compatibility with the customer's needs.

The initial installation and set-up includes inputting customer data into the system such as fabric measurements, fabric scans and image scans, as well as creating size charts and initiating a reference database.

Training is then carried out at the customer site for all end-users and administrators. Training is typically a 4-day course, providing the users with the basic proficiency needed to carry on gaining experience and skill with the system.

On-going support is available to customers for assistance, queries, troubleshooting and upgrades.

For an accurate, life-like virtualization of a real-life model, customers can send photographs and body scan files of the model they wish to represent as an avatar. Browzwear's 3D artists will create a life-like virtual duplicate of the model, with poses added per customer request.

Customers can send their accessory requirements to Browzwear, where artists will create hats, shoes, beach balls, or whatever other accessory the customer requires. All the customer need do is send 4 high quality photographs of the accessory showing it from every angle.

Browzwear will take on the interior design of your virtual shop/dressing room, based on the customer's wishes as to the general look and feel of the space. Based on customer input, Browzwear will produce a sketch for approval. Once approved, the sketch will be turned into a realistic virtual space.

Customers send Browzwear the virtual garments participating in their fashion show, the avatars to be used, and an image file of any other image to appear, such as a logo.

Browzwear's 3D artists will then create a film of a virtual fashion show, presenting the customers garments realistically draped on animated avatars providing an impressive and truly life-like effect. The animated fashion show is then ready to be viewed by any audience, anywhere in the world - with no shipping, transportation, or any of the myriad costs that go into staging a show.

Even before the garments are actually produced, customers can send their collection to potential buyers. Once the customer specifies theme, motifs and general look and feel of the collection, Browzwear artists create a sketch for approval, and then a PowerPoint presentation of the collection as 3D virtual garments.

Browzwear offers assistance with fitting and draping the customer's garments. Based on photographs/sketches and DXF files of the garments and the avatar to model them, Browzwear experts virtually stitch the garments to ensure the customer their most impressive and life-like presentation.

To ensure the most realistic virtual display of garments, it is necessary to input a range of fabric parameters. Browzwear offers assistance with fabric measuring and testing, using its FTK - Fabric Testing Kit. The customer sends Browzwear swatches of the fabric and Browzwear sends back a complete set of fabric parameters.
